Eran’s Kitchen is the culmination of more than 15 years of experience, creating incredible food for events in every imaginable culinary field and setting. Whether it be a Moroccan tagine feast in a forest or a three course meal in a palace, we have the experience, know-how and desire to make it happen.
Managing director and Head Chef Eran Hovav was trained in Israel’s most prestigious catering company, under who’s banner he cooked food for presidents, royalty and celebrities. In his 10 years running catering businesses in London he continued to dazzle and amaze with his intuitive, creative and artistic style of cooking as well as his exuberant personality, warmth and zest for life.
Eran’s love of cooking comes from his early memories of cooking with his grandmothers. They each had a very different approach to food, one from Egypt who taught him how to pickle and preserve seasonal vegetables so that they can be enjoyed throughout the year, and the other teaching him the art of creating delectable food using the most affordable, and simple ingredients by implementing long-forgotten, traditional Yemeni cooking techniques and specific herbs and spices. These experiences encouraged a uniquely experimental attitude, which has shaped Eran’s career and style of cooking.
